To receive your refund cheque, first legibly print your name, residential mailing address, city/town, Province, postal code and telephone number on a blank piece of paper. Then mail, postage prepaid, that completed paper along with the following:

• Your original proof of purchase cash register receipt with your Schneider’s Fully Cooked Sausage Rings purchase circled;
• On a separate piece of paper, legibly hand-printed in at least 25 words, your complete and detailed reason(s) why you were not satisfied with the product; and
• A self-addressed, return envelope bearing sufficient return postage;

to: Schneider’s Fully Cooked Sausage Ring Refund Offer, P.O. Box 98, Station C, Toronto, ON, M6J 3M7.

Allow 8-10 weeks for delivery of your refund cheque. This refund policy allows for only one (1) refund per household throughout the refund period. Offer good for product purchases made in Canada only. Maple Leaf will not be responsible for refund request submissions which are received late for any reason, are illegible in whole or in part, or are incomplete, erroneous, lost, mutilated, postage due or misdirected and will not be responsible for refund cheques which, for any reason, are misdirected, delayed or lost.

Refund claim must be postmarked no later than May 18, 2010.
